What's included in the website packages?
Launch ($499) is a one-page site with a contact form and a Google Business Profile cleanup. Business ($999) covers up to five pages with online booking or a quote request form, your reviews on your own pages, and local SEO basics. Growth ($1,799) covers up to ten pages, a page per location and major service, and a review request engine. Every package is mobile friendly, includes two revision rounds, and includes 30 days of bug fixes after launch. See the full package details.
How soon can the website be ready?
The turnaround is 7–10 business days after we receive your complete content, logo, photos, service information, and required access.
Are there separate costs or exclusions?
Domain, hosting, and paid software are separate. E-commerce, customer accounts, custom apps, and CRM automation are not included in this package.
How does payment work?
Half to start, credited toward the work, and the balance paid before launch. Or split any package into 3 monthly payments at no extra cost. The optional care plan is $49 a month and can be cancelled anytime.
What if I cancel the project?
If you cancel before work starts, you receive a full refund. After work starts, we deduct the value of completed work and refund the unearned balance. Each client's written proposal defines how completed work is valued before work starts.
What support is included after launch?
Your package includes 30 days of bug fixes after launch for the delivered site. New features and content changes are quoted separately.
Will I own my website?
After full payment, you receive the site files and ownership of the custom design created specifically for you. You can use another maintainer. We retain our preexisting templates and general-purpose code; you may keep using reusable components embedded in your delivered site. Your own content remains yours. Third-party products remain subject to their license rules and costs; we transfer only rights we hold.
Will the website guarantee new leads?
No. The inquiry form gives visitors a way to contact you, but traffic, leads, and sales are not guaranteed.
Can I ask about AI, Microsoft 365, or IT support?
Yes. Tell us what you need in the form. These services are scoped and quoted separately.
