2. Services

Triple T Electronics LLC offers the following types of services (collectively, "Services"):

• Break-fix and on-demand IT support
• Managed IT Services (MSP plans)
• Automation solutions and workflow design
• Custom systems creation and deployment
• Microsoft 365, Azure, and related platform services

The specific scope, deliverables, pricing, and timelines for any engagement will be documented in a separate written agreement, proposal, or statement of work ("Service Agreement") provided before work begins. These Terms govern your general use of our website and serve as the baseline for all service engagements.

3. Use of Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its related systems.
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, spam, or promotional material.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the website.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the website without our written consent.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the website at any time for any reason without notice.

4. Quotes, Proposals & Agreements

Any quote or proposal provided by Triple T Electronics LLC is valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. A quote does not constitute a binding agreement until both parties have signed a written Service Agreement or the client has confirmed acceptance in writing (including by email).

We reserve the right to modify pricing or scope if the information provided at the time of quoting is materially different from the actual conditions encountered during service delivery. We will notify you of any changes before proceeding.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in each individual Service Agreement. General terms are as follows:

• Break-Fix Services: Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Managed IT (MSP) Plans: Billed monthly in advance. Services begin upon receipt of the first payment.
• Project-Based Work: A deposit (typically 50%) may be required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion or as outlined in the Service Agreement.
• Late Payments: Invoices unpaid beyond 15 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

We accept payment by check, ACH transfer, and major credit cards. All fees are quoted and billed in U.S. dollars.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Break-Fix Services: If you cancel a scheduled on-site visit with less than 24 hours' notice, a trip/cancellation fee may apply.
• MSP Plans: Either party may cancel a managed services plan with 30 days' written notice. Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable.
• Project Work: Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. If a project is cancelled mid-engagement, you will be billed for work completed to date at our standard hourly rate.

We are committed to client satisfaction. If you believe there is an issue with our work, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve it.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Triple T Electronics LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

For custom systems or software developed for a client, ownership and licensing terms will be explicitly stated in the applicable Service Agreement.

8. Confidentiality

In the course of providing services, we may have access to confidential information about your business, systems, or operations. Triple T Electronics LLC agrees to keep such information confidential and to use it only for the purpose of delivering the agreed services. This obligation survives the termination of any service engagement.

We expect the same discretion from clients with respect to any proprietary processes, tools, or methodologies we share during an engagement.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information on our website, we do not warrant that the content is complete, accurate, reliable, or free from errors. We reserve the right to make changes to the site at any time without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Triple T Electronics LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or system downtime — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Triple T Electronics LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our website or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the website or our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
